Why I do what I do
The majority of our family photos and slides were lost during a house fire in 1976. Years later, I still feel the loss of those photos. I truly treasure the photos (and stories behind them) that remain.
Following this disaster, I wanted to make sure I had a back-up of the most significant photos, ephemera and correspondence that remain in my personal collection and share the stories I know about them with family. By digitizing my collection, I can instantly see and share my collection and its history.
